
WAREHOUSE
MANAGER
Position: Warehouse Manager: As the Warehouse Manager you will be in a pivotal role for the company. You will interface with all areas of the company with an emphasis on shipping/receiving and project preparation. You will work with the Project Management team in order to ensure department efficiencies and execution of company directives are completed. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth operation through all warehouse-related deliverables. The Warehouse Manager contributes to the overall productivity with a requirement to ensure the warehouse space remains pristine. This is a dynamic position with many evolving duties and will require building efficiencies while managing a variety of processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receive, return, and stock products to ensure inventory stock is accurate using ERP and other systems.

Manage products including but not limited, Tag, configure (asset tagging), and stage product
-
Direct technicians for load in/out while communicating with the project management team.

Track open POs to ensure timely acquisition of product - this will require communication with vendors and the Operations team.

Leverage experience based on education and/or industry experience to organize, clean, and maintain an efficient warehouse at all times to ensure process flow is optimized.

Meet required KPIs and report department production and manpower statistics to the executive team.

Quarterly inventory count including Min / Max levels and full stock of high flow items.

Manage the RMA process on damaged and overstock products

Full understanding of the ERP system as it relates to inventory and interfaces with finance.

The position requires cross-training for procurement tasks including:
-
Ensure PO information is accurate and complete (pricing, shipping costs, attaching invoices, etc.)

Communicate with customers via tickets to update them on shipping information, distribute licenses, etc.

REQUIRMENTS:

High school graduate or GED required
-
Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills

The ability to self-manage

Above average PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

Exceptional customer service skills

Interface with other team members, customers, and vendors utilizing professional, developed communication skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A high degree of professionalism and confidentiality

Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources

A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment

Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Other duties as required or assigned by company management

$50,000.00 to $60,000.00 annual / Full-time
