ASSOCIATE
As the Warehouse/Operations Associate, you will be in a pivotal role for the company. You will play a key role in asset tracking, maintaining an inventory/stock, and organizing and staging products for service and installation. The Warehouse function contributes to the overall profitability reporting on projects and service tickets with regard to product realized costs.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This includes, but is not limited to:

Organize, clean, and maintain an efficient warehouse

Receive, return, and stock product to ensure inventory stock is accurate

Tag, configure, and stage product for technicians/assist them with load in and out

Prep product with Project Engineer to ensure it is ready to be installed

Communicate with customers via tickets to update them on shipping information, distribute licenses, etc.

Other duties as assigned
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

High school graduate or GED required.

Extreme attention to detail.

The ability to self-manage. There is a high degree of autonomy in this role. The candidate will need to self-direct tasks throughout the day/week to ensure all priorities are met.

Excellent communication and customer service skills. This position will work closely with the Operations team, customers, and vendors. It’s important to have professional, developed communication skills when interacting with all parties.

Strong organizational skills. The candidate will be tasked with keeping the warehouse organized and maintaining the inventory for stock.
COMPENSATION:

20.00 per hour
