Warehouse Associate
Our team seeks a motivated, and hard-working Warehouse Associate. You will support the TWG Warehouse/Procurement department. The key initiatives for this position include assisting with inventory control, overseeing shipping/receiving, organizing, cleaning, and assisting the Warehouse Manager in maintaining an efficient warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Receive products and update ERP system to ensure accurate tracking of the procurement lifecycle.

Accurately tag parts and update product status using an asset tracking system.

Prepare project pre-setup by completing proper documentation and ensuring space is properly allocated.

Review warehouse minimum / maximum levels are maintained.

Enforces inventory controls by reviewing company stock levels on a quarterly basis including assisting with inventory control on company vehicles to ensure minimum inventory levels are maintained.

Meets organization standards by maintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.

Contributes to team effort by assisting with project setup & product loading/unloading.

Maintain and develop a healthy and positive team culture.

Other duties as required or assigned by company management.
Requirements
-
A high school diploma or equivalent.

Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required
-
Strong organizational and communication skills.
-
Above-average PC skills including Microsoft suite and general inventory control systems.

Possess problem-solving skills and an ability to manage workflow procedures.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
-
Regular and Timely Attendance.
-
Position requires bending, twisting, stooping, and climbing.
-
Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Position requires pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds frequently and 40 pounds occasionally.
-
Must pass initial and random substance abuse tests & background checks.
