Warehouse Associate

Our team seeks a motivated, and hard-working Warehouse Associate. You will support the TWG Warehouse/Procurement department.  The key initiatives for this position include assisting with inventory control, overseeing shipping/receiving, organizing, cleaning, and assisting the Warehouse Manager in maintaining an efficient warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive products and update ERP system to ensure accurate tracking of the procurement lifecycle.

  • Accurately tag parts and update product status using an asset tracking system.

  • Prepare project pre-setup by completing proper documentation and ensuring space is properly allocated.  

  • Review warehouse minimum / maximum levels are maintained.

  • Enforces inventory controls by reviewing company stock levels on a quarterly basis including assisting with inventory control on company vehicles to ensure minimum inventory levels are maintained.

  • Meets organization standards by maintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.

  • Contributes to team effort by assisting with project setup & product loading/unloading.

  • Maintain and develop a healthy and positive team culture.

  • Other duties as required or assigned by company management.
     

Requirements
 

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Above-average PC skills including Microsoft suite and general inventory control systems.

  • Possess problem-solving skills and an ability to manage workflow procedures.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
 

  • Regular and Timely Attendance.

  • Position requires bending, twisting, stooping, and climbing.

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

  • Position requires pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds frequently and 40 pounds occasionally.

  • Must pass initial and random substance abuse tests & background checks.
