Our team seeks a motivated, knowledgeable, and talented Sales Representative to cultivate relationships and provide innovative security solutions that align with our B2B client’s needs. You will be part of a sales team that is responsible for promoting and selling TWG Security services and technology, developing relationships, and closing new business for TWG Security while ensuring customer retention and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have proven sales expertise and demonstrate aspirations toward leading a sales program.

  • Develop, manage and grow key strategic accounts 

  • Cultivate client relationships into partnerships 

  • Represent the company at community events, trade shows, lunch & learns, and related marketing events 

  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction 

  • Develop a commanding knowledge of our product line, as well as that of our services 

  • Assist with the creation & implementation of improved sales processes 

  • Update ERP system with sales/prospecting activities

  • Contribute to sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis 

  • Stay abreast of complete offerings and industry trends 

  • Outline intuitive and complete Scope of Works to set clear success matrixes aligned to client goals. 

  • Present solutions/designs to prospective clients with the goal of winning new business 

  • Assist sales engineering/project management as necessary 

  • Monitor, measure, and report on quote/sales pipeline 

  • Assist marketing team as needed 

  • Provide responsive, concise, professional communication to all customers and other personnel to ensure timely follow-up on all customer concerns and issues 

  • Generate RFI’s and other formal correspondence as required 

  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of RFP’s 

  • Conduct post-project reviews in conjunction with project management to ensure high client satisfaction



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of work experience, education, and training 

  • 3+ years experience as a successful sales representative in the security, IT, or other technology sales

  • Demonstrated success by the consistent ability to meet and exceed quota and customer satisfaction

  • Technical experience in video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection (Preferred)

  • Available for local travel 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities 

  • Exceptional client-facing communication & presentation skills 

  • Passion for Direct Sales and Account Management 

  • Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions 

  • Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources

  • Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside the organization 

  • A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment

  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Other dues as required or assigned by company management
